Can I send a gift to a friend?
Yes you can! At checkout you can indicate the mailing address to the recipient apart from the invoice mailing address(to you)
Does the packing slip include pricing information?
If the mailing address is to yourself, the invoice will be in the package separated from the products . If you want your order to be sent to another party, we ask that you give us your mailing info so we can send the invoice to you .
If I order multiple gifts in gift wrap, how will I be able to tell what each gift is?
In order to distinguish which gift recipient is to receive the special gift that you have chosen for them, we place a small detachable sticker on the bottom of each gift with product's name.
How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?

There are two factors that affect when you will receive your order: the time it takes for the product to leave our warehouse (process time), and the time it takes for your order to be shipped by the courier.
Due to the uniqueness of our gifts, some may require specific processing times in addition to the shipping time.

Shipment of your order will be carried out by International EMS courier Door to Door.
Addresses can not be p.o box, only street / house address .
All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed prior to 3pm sunday through Thursday , should be shipped the day your order is placed. Orders received on Friday afternoon & Saturday will be processed first thing Sunday morning.
